If you use Outlook in your organization, you might not be getting the full benefit of the email client. Outlook allows a sender to assign a category to their email. This category is then assigned to the email when the recipient receives it and the category is added to their category list, if needed. This can be a great help in keeping people on the same page when filtering categories and such.
