An address from the Global Address List (GAL) can easily be copied to your Contacts folder.
1. Click Tools, and select Address Book.
2. Select the address you want to add to your Contacts folder.
3. Click File and select Add To Contacts, or simply click the Add To Contacts button on the toolbar. This will open the entry from the GAL in a contact form.
4. Click Save and Close.
The contact information is now in your Contacts folder.
