Outlook 2010: Forward multiple emails in one single email

If you have a large number of emails to forward to a recipient, you may find it time-consuming to forward them one by one. Here is how you can combine all of the emails into one single email. This method will not only save your time, but also keep your recipient’s inbox clean.

1. Launch Outlook 2010.

2. Select the emails that you want to forward by holding Ctrl and clicking on the emails.

3. Go to Home -> Forward.

4. Fill in all the necessary informations and hit Send. (All your emails will be attached)

5. Your recipient will receive all attached emails in one single mail like so:
