Android: How to Access Common Emoticons from the Messaging (SMS) Keyboard

Instead of having to type out your emoticons, you can use the Messaging keyboard to access these symbols directly for easy insertion.

2. A small window will pop up, allowing you to select the desired emoticon.

Once selected, you return to the keyboard.
