IE8/IE9: Make the Favorites Bar Display as Icons Only

By reducing your Favorites Bar to show only the icons, you can access more of them from Internet Explorer’s Favorites Bar. This works great for sites with recognizable favicons like Gmail, Google Calendar, etc.

1. Open Internet Explorer.

2. Right-click on one of the icons on the Favorites Bar. Mouseover Customize Title Widths and select Icons Only.

Your Favorites Bar goes from something like this:

    So how do we get rid of this damn Chili’s advertisement on top of the page that keeps opening when ever you get close to it???
    It should be moved somehwre else instead of blocking the recipes title.,..

    ummm… so how do you make them short or long icons again? Having made favourite bar dispaly icons only, I now want to reverse this action, but can’t work out how??
