Outlook 2003: How To Simultaneously Save Multiple Attachments

When you receive a message containing several attachments, you do not need to open and save each file separately. In one step, you can save multiple attachments to the same location.


1. Click File, select Save Attachments and then select Save All Attachments.

2. In the Save All Attachments dialog box, click OK.

3. Browse to the location you want to save the files.

4. Click OK.
