Outlook 2003: Create a Message from a Note

If you utilize the Note feature in Outlook, you probably have had the need to send the contents of a note as an email message. You can create an email message from an Outlook note without having to retype it or even without having to copy and paste the contents. Use the steps below to accomplish this.

1. Select Folder List in the Navigation Pane.

2. Click on Notes.

3. Drag the desired note to the Inbox icon.

A new email message will be created with the text of your note as the body of your message.
