Foxit Reader: Minimize to the System Tray

Free up room on your Task Bar by minimizing Foxit Reader to the System Tray.

1. Open Foxit Reader.

2. Click Edit and select Preferences.

3. In the left pane, select General. Go to Basic Tools (on the right side) and check the Minimize to system tray checkbox.

4. Click the OK button.

    All users of the new version 6.0, please note that to change the settings to minimize the taskbar are now done by going into FILE (there is no edit button), preferences, general, then on the right can be found basic tools.

    In version 6.0 FILE (there is no edit button)-Preferences-General-Basic Tools (found on the right of the screen).
