Outlook 2007: Disable Time and Date Display on Notes

By default, Outlook shows the date and time from the most recent changes to your Note. If this information is unnecessary or a distraction for you, you can turn this option off and have a cleaner looking Note. Here’s how:

1. Click Tools and select Options.

2. Select the Other tab.

3. Under General, click the Advanced Options button.

4. Under Appearance options, uncheck the When viewing Notes, show time and date checkbox.

5. Click OK to close the Advanced Options window.

6. Click OK to close the Options window.
