Instead of having to search through your Inbox to figure out who accepted or declined the meeting invitation you sent out, let Outlook do the work for you. In a few simple steps, you can get a full listing of all invited attendees and their corresponding response to the invitation.

1. Go to your Outlook Calendar.

2. Find the desired meeting and double-click it.

3. Go to the Ribbon.

4. In the Show section, select Tracking.

A list will appear, detailing each person that you invited plus their response.

Does Outlook provide an option to send the Meeting Request again to the people who have not responded yet to try to spur them to respond?

Unfortunately I can’t find a summary – I invited > 100 people for an event but can’t find a way to summarize the amount of attendees :-(

Hm I normally do this by searching my mails with my search tool lookeen but this seems to be a good idea, too. Shame on me, I use Outlook for more than 3 years and I haven’t even heard of this feature before…. ;)
