Viewing multiple days (2,3,4,…10) on your Outlook Calendar can come in handy when viewing your upcoming schedule, especially if the days cross multiple weeks or months.

1. Open Outlook and go to your Calendar.

2. Press the Alt key and a number between 2 and 9 to show that number of days, use 0 (zero) to show ten days.

Thanks I new this feature existed but couldn’t find it on the help site. Wouldn’t it be nice to do 14 days at a glance.

You can view 14 days at the time by selecting a date and move the cursor over the 14 days you want to veiw, then release.
