1. Goto the Start Menu
2. Select Run
3. Open services.msc and select OK
4. Services will open. Select the Help Menu
5. Select Help Topics
6. The Help Window will open. Click the + sign beside Services
7. Click the + sign beside Concepts
8. Click Default settings for services
