By default, Outlook’s To-Do Bar only displays the current month’s calendar. While this is helpful, it does little for providing a quick reference for looking at future months. You can configure the To-Do Bar to display multiple months and have a quick view of not only the current month, but the next few months as well.

1. Open Outlook.

2. Go to the Menu.

3. Click View, mouseover To-Do Bar and select Options.

4. Beneath the Show Date Navigator checkbox, use the designated textbox to input the number of month rows you wish to display in your To-Do Bar (1-9, maximum viewable number will depend on your screen size).

5. Click OK.

my to do bar will not give me the option of showing more appointments now that I can see more months.

Can more months be displayed in the navigation pane when and only when in the calender...instead of in the To Do Pane?
This makes it more like Ourlook 2003 which had a much better use of display real estate.

I am wanting to see future appt's in the little bubbles below the calendar that is displayed on the "TO-DO BAR". It looks like it only pops up the little bubbles with appt's in them up to 30 days? Is this something you can change? I would like to see the appt's for current month and the next month. But, not necessarily the actual calander for 2 months.
