Office 365: How do I change my account password?

One of the disadvantages of web services such as Office 365 over a desktop applications is that passwords are easier to obtain. By logging in from multiple different areas and over less secure networks, users put their accounts at greater risks. One of the easy ways to combat this is to frequently change your Office 365 password.

1. Log in to your Office 365 account.

2. Go to My Profile.

3. In My profile page, click Change password.

4. In the Change password page, provide your old and new password in the appropriate field. Hit Submit when you finish.

5. After that, your password will be changed immediately, and you will be taken back to My profile page.
