Opera stores pages in cache for a quicker display upon your next visit to the site. However, if you are concerned about privacy and would prefer to not keep this cache on your computer, Opera can clear the cache each time you exit the browser.

1. Open Opera.

2. Click Tools and select Preferences.

3. Select the Advanced tab.

4. In the left pane, select History.

5. In the middle of the right side, check the Empty on exit checkbox.

6. Click OK.

7. Close and reopen Opera.
