Outlook 2003: Forward a Contact to Someone

If you have a contact stored in Outlook that you would like to send to someone, there is a simple and easy way to do so.

1. Go to Contacts.

2. Right-click on the contact you want to send, and select Forward.

3. A new email message will be created with that contact included as an attachment.

4. Enter the email address to which you want to forward it, and click Send.

When the recipient receives the message, all they have to do is to drag the attachment onto the Contacts folder in the folder list. It will be added automatically to their contacts list.
