IncrediMail: Backup Your Address Book

The address book is a vital component of your email system, it is always a wise move to have a backup in case something goes horribly wrong. Follow these steps to make a backup of your IncrediMail Address Book:

1. Open IncrediMail.

2. Click Tools and select Address Book.

3. When the Address Book window appears, click File and select Export.

4. Browse to the location that the backup is to be saved to. By default, IncrediMail saves it to the Documents (Vista) or My Documents (Windows XP) directory.

5. Click Save.

6. Close the Address Book window.
