By default, the T-Mobile voicemail is set to First-In, First-Out Order meaning that the messages are played back from the oldest to the newest. This can be rather time consuming if you are frequently trying to listen to a recent message since you would have to skip all of your older ones. You can change the order to Last-In, First-Out Order, which will set the messages to be played back starting with the newest and ending with the oldest. To do this:
1. Access your voicemail.
2. Press # to go to the Main Menu.
3. Press 4 to go to Mailbox Options.
4. Press 3 to Change Playback Options.
5. After you hear that you are currently using First-In, First-Out Order, press 1 to change to Last-In, First-Out Order.
