Outlook 2007: Prevent Forwarding of a Message

Sending a message to someone and you would prefer that they not forward it to someone else? You can prevent the forwarding of your message by following these steps:

1. Open, create, and address the message as you normally would.

2. Click the Office Button.

3. Mouseover Permission and select Do Not Forward.

Note: You need to have the Windows Rights Management Client installed, if you do not, a prompt will appear. Click Yes and you can download and install the client. You will need a .NET Passport to register and download an RM account certificate.
