Outlook 2007: How to View Nonconsecutive Dates on the Calendar

Posted January 7, 2009 by Rob Rogers in Microsoft Outlook

Outlook’s calendar displays normally displays dates in a consecutive manner. Sometimes, however, it is useful to view several nonconsecutive dates on your Calendar.

1. Open Outlook.

2. Go to Calendar.

3. Select the single day view.

4. Go to the smaller calendar in the left pane. Select the first day you wish to view. Hold down the Ctrl key and select the rest of the dates you wish to view.

The Calendar will display all of the selected dates so that you can review appointments or add information.
