receipt for this message
and/or Request a read receipt for this message.

4. Click Close.

To request delivery and/or read receipts on all messages you send:

1. In the main window, click Tools.

2. Select Options.

3. On the Preferences tab, click the E-mail Options button.

4. Click the Tracking Options button.

5. Under For all messages I send, request: select Read receipt and/or Delivery receipt.

4. Click OK to close each of the dialog boxes.

    Thanks for the instructions.

One more thing you can add is, this only works when the receiver is also on some mail client ( probably outlook / windows live mail )
