If you want the Quick Access Toolbar to be in an even more convenient location, you can move it below the Ribbon so that it is closer to your work. To do this, follow the simple steps provided in this tech-recipe:
1. Open the desired Office 2007 application.
2. Click the drop-down button at the end of the Quick Access Toolbar.
3. Select Show Below the Ribbon.
The Quick Access Toolbar will now be located below the ribbon.
