Outlook’s calendar displays normally displays dates in a consecutive manner. Sometimes, however, it is useful to view several nonconsecutive dates on your Calendar.

1. Open Outlook.

2. Go to Calendar.

3. Select the single day view.

4. Go to the smaller calendar in the left pane. Select the first day you wish to view. Hold down the Ctrl key and select the rest of the dates you wish to view.

The Calendar will display all of the selected dates so that you can review appointments or add information.

none of these options address my problems. when I receive an e-mail I cant type in a reply and nor am I able to forward e-mails that have been sent to me. this has been happening for over a week now. Sometimes when I go to close the e-mail section the computer makes a sound and wont shut. I am puzzled. Please help.
