XP: Create a Picture Screen Saver
You have all these wonderful pictures of your family and friends on your computer. Why not show them off on your screen saver? This explains an easy and quick way to create a screen saver from the pictures you already have on your own computer.
Create a Picture Screen Saver
1. Right-click an empty spot on your desktop and then click Properties.
2. Click the Screen Saver tab.
3. In the Screen saver list, click My Pictures Slideshow.
4. Click Settings to make any adjustments, such as how often the pictures should change, what size they should be, and whether you’ll use transition effects between pictures, and from what location the screen saver should get your photos.
5. Click OK.
6. Click the Preview button to see how it will look.
7. Click OK if you are happy with the results.
Now your screen saver is a random display of the pictures taken from your selected picturs folder.
