RunAs a User on the Network

To run a program as a specific user on the network you can hold down shift, right click on the file/program to execute, and then select ‘RunAs’. This will prompt you for a username and password for the user you want to use.

Useful for situations where your policies prevent installation of software for a majority of users.

    It looks like that Microsoft decided to enhance this feature. In Windows XP you do not need to hold the shift key while clicking the right mouse button. :D
    By the way I am not sure that the people who often use this feature always do this boring procedure. There's plenty of third party tools which are perfectly suited to automate all the manual work.
