Update and Patch XP, Office, and All Microsoft Products at the Same Time

Windows Update has long upgraded your Windows installation automatically. Now, you can update it so that it will upgrade Office and other Microsoft products simultaneously.

We all know Windows Update. It is most commonly found under the Tools menu in IE. Visiting this site (or having automatic updates turned on) will give you access to all the latest and greatest Windows updates, patches, and fixes.

Now, Microsoft has revised this so that you can update all Microsoft products at the same time through this method.

To upgrade your system, visit the site below. (Note that it is called Microsoft Update instead of Windows Update.)

Follow the directions on that page to install and update the software. You will need to agree to the new license. You will probably need to click through a couple of installation boxes before it is done.

Now, when your system updates, either through the update link in the Tools menu or automatically, you will get updates to all Microsoft products, not just your OS.
