The program name is NoteBurner Audio Converter (http://www.noteburner.com). It worked perfectly on my computer. I cannot tell any difference between the original and converted music in terms of the music quality. And I would agree that NoteBurner is super fast and reliable. Napster To Go, maybe. Get it on Napster and burn it to a CD and reimport it after the subscription is over. I think. Nothing beats buying it off Napster though.
