My guess is that the NTLDR problem is quite common... so its the iso that has the problem or something went wrong during the download. For example <a href="http://pchere.blogspot.com/2005/12/ntldr-is-missing-press-any-key-to.html">here's a site</a> where the person experienced the same problem, except the operating system was installed on the pc.
