Add Administrative Tools to the Start menu (XP)

Tagged: Windows not really something i’d usually stop to think about but this does save time from opening Run command and typing compmgmt.msc all the time
enter start menu properties
click customize
under the advanced tab in the start menu items list, check the box at the bottom that says “Display on the programs and start menu”.
The admin tools would usually appear in the startmenu section with control panel.
