Free Microsoft Time Zone – View the date and time in various locations

Tagged: Windows Do you travel around the world? Or do you call loved ones far away? Sometimes it is nice to know what time it is in a different part of the world.
I frequently call my friends in Brazil and England. I can never keep up with what time it really is over there. They are not too happy when I call them at 3 in the morning!
Microsoft now has a freeware tool that sits in your system tray that will help with this problem. You can download it from here:
I love it. My only knock against it is that it requires the .NET runtime to be installed on your system. I wouldn’t install .NET just for this little guy, but it’s a great free gift from Microsoft if you already have .NET installed.
