AIM has a web-based client that will allow a user to use AIM without installing anything.

The more that instant messaging creeps into our lives, the more we start to depend on it. With the increasing security problems on PCs, more and more public systems are preventing people from installing software. How can you get your AIM fix without installing AIM?

AIM Express is a nice little web-based client that will allow you to use AIM without installing any software.

If that doesn’t work, you can always just the older version called AIM Quick Buddy as well.

If you are in a library or at work and need a quick AIM fix, these links will keep in you in AIM space until you can get to a real client.

You can now go to http://www.e-messenger.net/modules.php?name=Content&pa=showpage&pid=6 brought to you by E-messenger, to use the beta version of web-based AIM to keep you online in AIM without any installation and no Java VM needed.

It's still in beta stage but offers quite enough basic features to manage buddy list, im, status, buddy list and chat room...

And of course it's free! So why dont give it a try!
