They can track your surfing habits, abuse your Internet connection by sending this data to a third party, profile your shopping preferences, hijack your browser start page or pages, alter important system files, and can do this without your knowledge or permission.

1. Download Lavasoft’s Adaware and/or Spybot.
2. Install Adaware and/or Spybot.
3. Run Adaware and/or Spybot.
4. Follow the instructions and remove the spyware components.
5. Reboot your PC.
