Doom 3 NPC Spawning

Commands
npc_name “NPC NAME HERE” – Sets a name for the NPC
team 0/1 – Sets the team of the NPc, 1 – enemy, 0 – friend
health (amount) – sets the health of the NPC
we’ll that’s all i know -.-

Examples
spawn char_hazmat team 0 npc_name “HazMat Suit”
spawn marscity_cinematic_doctor team 0 npc_name “Doctor”
spawn monster_zombie_jumpsuit team 1 npc_name “JumpSuit Zombie”
spawn char_betruger team 1 npc_name “Dr. Betruger”
spawn char_poppy team 0 npc_name “Poppy”
spawn char_sentry team 0 npc_name “Sentry Bot”

The console opens but when I try to type a command it shows different letters. For example if I type HIV it comes out GOD , but I ENTER with no result. Help anyone ?
