Close Any Pop-Up Window

This trick will allow you to close pop-up windows that appear to have no way to close them.

The pop-up advertising is getting more and more evil. Sometimes a window will pop-up that has the “close window” controls disabled; thus, it appears that it is impossible to close.

Not so.

Select the evil window to make it the active window, then press alt F4 to close it. Ta-da!
