Zune HD: How to Pin Media, Apps, Radio Presets and Bookmarked Favorites to Quickplay

Tapping the background on the homescreen will bring up Quickplay. Quickplay allows you quick access to radio stations, apps, music, video, pictures and even bookmarked sites.

You should first view Quickplay. Tap the background on the homescreen. There are three areas to note. The first area is where your pinned items will be placed (PINS). The second is the History section, showing the past 6 items you’ve accessed. The last section is New. This shows the last 6 items added to your player.

You can add items from the History or New sections to the Pins section. Tap and hold the desired item. Select PIN TO QUICKPLAY from the resulting menu. The item will be added to the PINS section.

You can also add items that are not listed in the New or History sections. Go to the desired category (music, videos, pictures, or radio). For music, videos, and apps, tap and hold the desired item. Select PIN TO QUICKPLAY from the resulting menu. The item will be added to the PINS section.

To add a preset radio station to the PINS section, go to radio and tap the presets icon. Tap and hold the desired preset. Select PIN TO QUICKPLAY from the resulting menu.

To add bookmarked websites, go to internet. Tap the Favorites icon at the bottom of the screen. Tap and hold the desired bookmark. Select PIN TO QUICKPLAY from the resulting menu.
