		<description>I had to restart and restore from safe mode. This is a bad tweak you should not use it.
Its a good idea but Communism was too and look how that turned out...</description>

		<description>This doesn&#039;t speed up anything, all it does is delay the start of the programs which will start after logon. It still will take just as long if not longer.</description>
