		<description>Note: the &quot;Display Welcome Screen on Resume&quot; is only available when there are more than one user account. (besides the Administrator or guest accounts) If you only have one account you&#039;ll get the classic Win2k logon window, not the welcome screen.</description>

		<description>Returning to the login screen seems only to be useful when a system is password protected.  If a system uses user ids with passwords, then it is likely appropriate for the system to request reauthentication following a period of inactivity.  

However, if all one is forced to do is click on a pretty picture next to a name, I agree that it is a nuisance.  I&#039;m glad there is a means to disable this.  Thanks for sharing it with us.</description>
