Instead of one button to launch Firefox, and another button that apperas when it's running... why not just use one (the new integrated one-button-does-it-all button?). It saves me space, sanity, and I love having one button for everything: lauching a program, switching-to a program, checking status of a program... everything in one. Thanks, Microsoft!
