I need to access a switch placed in other city (accessable) and then I need to change its interface ip! for this first I have to shut the interface before creating new! so the problem is that when I will shut it then i will loose connectivity b4 creating new! cant go there..its too far!

so the solution which cam in my mind was creating a script that runs inside it so that it auto shuts off and on it self . i hope u GuruZ got the point!
P.S. I dont want to reboot as there are live services on it! so no startup config change!
