I want to recreate the partition cos i wanted to give windows some more space. It wont let me partition the drive for Windows because of this. So I erased all the data off the partition and tried to use this method to delete the partition but this comes up "The startup disk must be formatted as a single Mac OS Extended (Journaled) volume or already partitioned by Boot Camp Assistant for installing Windows."
