on my calendars it somehow deletes all of my appointments from 3 months prior to the current date. if i go into September all matters are gone. how do i set up the calendar so that all prior appointments stay on "forever". any thoughts would be appreciated.

I am wanting to see future appt's in the little bubbles below the calendar that is displayed on the "TO-DO BAR". It looks like it only pops up the little bubbles with appt's in them up to 30 days? Is this something you can change? I would like to see the appt's for current month and the next month. But, not necessarily the actual calander for 2 months.

Can more months be displayed in the navigation pane when and only when in the calender...instead of in the To Do Pane?
This makes it more like Ourlook 2003 which had a much better use of display real estate.

Thanks for this. Very useful. Is there any way of displaying the to do bar on the other side of the screeen?
