Windows 7: Hide or Show Libraries in the Navigation Pane
Libraries act as pointers to various folders containing similar content such as music, video, photos, etc. You can easily add or remove libraries from your Navigation pane to suit your needs
To hide a library from the Navigation Pane:
1. Open a folder, for example, Computer.
2. Go to the Navigation Pane, right-click the desired Library and select Hide library from Navigation Pane.

The library will no longer be displayed in the Navigation Pane.
To show a library from the Navigation Pane:
1. Click on the Windows Orb on the taskbar. Open your Libraries folder.

2. Find the desired library you wish to add. Right-click the library and select Show library in Navigation Pane.

The library will now appear in the Navigation Pane.

Hide library from Navigation Pane is not there, if only it was that simple…
The weakest link of W7 is the windows explorer, which doesn’t even compare to XP version.
Actually, W7 offers many new opportunities to software developers. I would immediately buy a good file management prpogram if it was available.
