change datastream package to a directory based one

This command is useful if you want to examine a package or fix a broken pkgmap file (bad permissions, ownership etc.)
pkgtrans ntp-4.1.1a-sol8-sparc-local /tmp all
This will put the SMCntp package in /tmp (This example is a sunfreeware package)
