Entourage 2008: Allow Attachments in Spotlight Searches

If you constantly use Spotlight to locate items on your computer, you should consider letting it search your Entourage attachments as well. This way you can have an easier time finding that special file that was emailed to you.

1. Go to the Apple menu and select Preferences.

2. In the left pane, under General Preferences, select Spotlight.

3. In the Spotlight section, check the Include attachments in Spotlight search results checkbox.

4. Click the OK button.
