		<description>The Created Date is the date the cookie was created. All cookies have expiration dates. Sites can remove and recreate cookies. The cookie might have been added to the site&#039;s programming after the first time you went there. If you went to the site for the first time fairly recently, then the Created Date has a good chance of actually being the first time you went there. However, it is not the same thing as your first ever visit to the site.</description>
