Gmail: Forward an Entire Threaded Conversation

Sometimes it is necessary to forward an entire discussion so that the recipient can follow what is being discussed. Instead of forwarding each individual email in the thread, you can forward all of it at once.

1. Select the desired thread from your Gmail Inbox.

2. On the right side of the window, select the Forward all link.

3. Input the email address of the recipient in the To box, edit the Subject (if necessary), and add any additional text to the body of the email.

4. Click the Send button.

If there are messages in the thread that you want to remove, delete them prior to clicking the Forward all link.
