Google Reader's Shared Items Page allows you to share the various gems you find as you browse the RSS feeds with everyone else. You can give your page a style to have it better fit your interests.

1. Go to Google Reader and login to your account.

2. From the menu, expand Your stuff and select Shared Items.

3. At the top of the page, choose the desired style by selecting its radio button. Click the See your shared items page in a new window link to see how it will be displayed.
