Thats really helpful and all, but what do i do when the toolbar doesnt show up in the toolbar menu, or in the list of programs in the add/remove part of control panel?

Here’s a little add-on that allows you to hide the Menu Bar.

God knows I use keyboard shortcuts for almost everything and I just don’t need it.
