To find it after install go Dash Home then use the search feature and type the name then launch it.

sudo apt-get install compizconfig-settings-managerworked for me in 11.04

I can’t install any packages, i install Ubuntu 11.04 inside windows, but not use Virtual.
Here’s the message:

I don’t have the burning effect and some others effects. How can I enable those effects? I have CCM but I didn’t have the “effects add-on” . How can I install that add-on?
