		<description>Same thing happen to me. I tried it again and hit the r key immediately after the screen appeared and it went to the next step. I hope it works for you.</description>

		<description>I can&#039;t find the original installation disks, although can borrow a friends copy.  It was purchased through Dell, preinstalled and I could probably find a receipt.  I&#039;m not a pc expert.</description>

		<description>many thanks for the guidance ,which was spot on took about 30 mins start to finish .after wasting a week with a live cd and hirens boot cd (not really knowing which tools to use )&lt;br&gt;thanks to the simple almost idiot proof instructions i could save my friends data</description>
